When a recent family fun day was held at Providence estate, the public response was overwhelming with over 1000 people attending. The day marked the opening of the estate’s new adventure playground, Bulrush Park.
“The day was a remarkable success,” said Sam Gill, Development Manager at Eastcourt Living. “We have invested heavily to create a special environment at Providence that we believe represents a significant leap in quality for the area, so achieving such a positive response on the day is hugely gratifying.” That response also extended to the social networks, where the event triggered close to 1000 likes on a popular Perth Facebook page alone.

Exciting news we have has just scooped one of the development industry’s most prestigious awards. We have been named the 2015 Urban Development Institute of Australia ‘Rising Star’ for WA!

The Providence XL Playground is progressing really well, with completion by September. The playground is a bespoke creation that engages physically and displays a direct relationship between its setting, native fauna and the materiality of the built form. The key feature is an 8m high rope climbing tower in the shape of bulrush reeds set amongst a split level playground that makes provision for disability inclusion play experiences.

Titles have issued for the 60 lots which make up stage 6. No doubt many of our new residents are now finalising building plans ahead of a start on their new home. There was a real buzz at Our Display Village Grand Opening a few short weeks ago, where locals and new providence residents came down to check out what all the excitement was about. All the kids loved the free ice-creams, bouncy castle and animal farm and the adults got to explore the superb 17 home display village. Masterchef finalist Josh Catalano even made a guest appearance cooking up a storm at the Steadman Homes Display Home!
